Thank you for visiting my website!
I know that there are many avenues that one can explore in order to enhance health and wellness and I appreciate that you are considering collaborating with me.
I invite you to a safe space, free of judgment, as you embark upon a journey toward a more authentic and fulfilling life. Envision yourself actively working with me to establish goals that are clearly defined and measurable. See yourself becoming more focused and relaxed during each session.
My approach to psychotherapy is holistic and draws from a variety of theoretical perspectives, including relational, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and psychodynamic models. As I get to know you, I will strive to craft a treatment approach, together with you, that appreciates and capitalizes on your unique strengths and is tailored to meet your specific challenges.
I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University in 1999. I also completed 2 years of post-masters study at the Ackerman Institute for the Family in NYC. I have been working with families, couples, and individuals of all ages for over 15 years and am truly humbled and inspired by the resilience and courage I have seen. I am also the Executive Director at the Bikur Cholim of Passaic-Clifton, a small non-profit organization which strives to offer support to individuals and families touched by illness.
